Queens, 1983. New York City is under threat from one of the most notorious gangs that the NYPD have ever encountered - The Green Dragons. Set on expanding their turf the Dragons soon begin to clash with rival gangs attracting the unwanted attention of Detective Bloom (Liotta) who wants nothing more than to shut them down. But will internal warring among the gangs and a desire for revenge do the job for him?
