Alan Ritchson and Owen Wilson team up for a high-octane race against time in Runner, the action-packed thriller heading to DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD on 21st December 2026, courtesy of Entertainment in Video.

Directed by Scott Waugh (Need for Speed, Expend4bles), the film stars Ritchson as Hank Malone, a former special forces operative turned high-end courier who accepts a seemingly straightforward assignment to transport a vital donor organ to a hospital. With just three hours to complete the delivery and save the life of a critically ill seven-year-old girl, the stakes could hardly be higher.

However, the mission takes a deadly turn when a ruthless criminal syndicate sets its sights on the valuable cargo. Accompanied by fast-talking medical courier Ben Bishop (Owen Wilson), Hank finds himself pursued by heavily armed criminals, transforming a routine delivery into a relentless battle for survival.

With time running out and danger around every corner, the unlikely partners must overcome their differences to ensure the organ reaches its destination.

Also starring Rodrigo Santoro, Leila George and Kate Box, Runner combines explosive action, high-speed chases and buddy-movie humour.
