HBO Video presents the enthralling drama Live From Baghdad, the very timely true story of a film crew reporting from war torn Iraq. Arriving in Baghdad during the onset of the first Gulf war, brash CNN producer Robert Wiener (Keaton), co-producer Ingrid Formanek (Bonham Carter) and their crew face a number of logistical, technical and political challenges as they endeavour to report on the situation in Baghdad as the war looms.

Trying to satisfy a hungry 24-hour news network while fighting Iraqi censorship and Saddam's propaganda efforts, the two producers must stay ahead of the other networks, prompting them to stay behind when the bombs start to fall. A story of phenomenal courage and unbelievable ingenuity, Live From Baghdad is about making history, and reporting it.

Michael Keaton gives a believable and gripping performance as the tenacious single-minded Wiener. Keaton made a name for himself as Beetlejuice, before taking the lead role in Batman and starring in Jackie Brown. Helena Bonham Carter burst onto the scene in 1985 in Room With A View, before starring in The Wings Of A Dove, Fight Club and Planet Of The Apes. Bonham Carter gives a powerful supporting performance in Live From Baghdad.
